ABOUT THE MUSICIANS

The Telegraph Quartet, formed in 2013, won the Grand Prize in the 2014 Fischoff Chamber Music Competition, and the prestigious Naumburg Competition in 2016.

They are passionate players of the standard chamber repertoire, and have been described by the San Francisco Classical Voice as

"...Unflaggingly outgoing, committed and creative."

And the San Francisco Chronicle as

"...An incredibly valuable addition to the cultural landscape...powerfully adept...with a combination of brilliance and subtlety."

They have been the winners of prestigious awards such as the Walter W. Naumburg Chamber Music Award in 2016 and the grand prize of the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition in 2014.

The Telegraph Quartet is touring the country during 2017-2018 to share their music through education and audience engagement. We are honored that they agreed to come play for us in the Black Hills.
